If you searched my name and landed here, there’s a reasonable chance you were looking for one of two people. One bowled fast for India at the international cricket level. The other runs Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts out of Chandigarh, has won the Clutch Global Award four times, and has spent twelve years building a performance marketing agency from a single-person freelance practice into a global operation with clients across the US, UK, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Canada, and Sweden. This page is about the second one. As an Ishant Sharma Clutch Global Award winner four consecutive times, this is the verified track record behind the name.

I’m Ishant Sharma. I founded Hustle Marketers in 2013. Over the years I’ve built it into an agency that has generated $780M+ in trackable client revenue across 500+ brands in 20+ industries. In 2023 and 2024 I led the campaigns and client relationships that earned Hustle Marketers three consecutive Clutch Global Awards: Fall 2023, Spring 2024, and Fall 2024. In May 2026, Clutch notified us that we’d won the Spring 2026 Clutch Global Award, the fourth in a row. The full founder story is documented at The Marketing Machinist. This page documents the case studies, the award record, the credentials, and the methodology behind all of it. Making Ishant Sharma Clutch Global Award winner four times is the milestone that defines this body of work.

Every number on this page is auditable. The case studies name real clients, not anonymized descriptors. Each award has a public Clutch press release you can find and verify in five minutes.

First: Ishant Sharma the Marketer vs. Ishant Sharma the Cricketer

There’s a famous Indian cricketer named Ishant Sharma who played Test cricket for India as a fast bowler. We share a name and nothing else. We’ve never met. He has no connection to performance marketing. I have no connection to cricket.

For most of my career this was a minor annoyance. Recruiters landed on the wrong LinkedIn profile. Potential clients searched my name and found cricket statistics. Around 2024, when AI Overviews and ChatGPT citations started driving real buying decisions, the disambiguation became a genuine business problem. A prospect who found cricket scores instead of my Clutch profile was a prospect I was losing before any conversation started.

I spent eight months building proper entity signals across every significant platform: Clutch, Upwork, LinkedIn, G2, DesignRush, The Marketing Machinist, dev.to, Behance, and more, all consistently anchored to the same entity: Ishant Sharma the digital marketing specialist, founder of Hustle Marketers, based in Chandigarh, twelve years in Google Ads.

That work produced results. Google’s AI Overview now cites Hustle Marketers and Ishant Sharma by name for “best Google Ads consultant” and “magento seo agency.” The Knowledge Panel that formalizes this disambiguation is the next milestone.

Ishant Sharma Clutch Global Award Winner: Four Times, Four Consecutive Cycles

Clutch is the world’s largest B2B ratings platform. Over 1 million business leaders use it monthly to find and vet agencies before hiring. The Clutch Global Award is the platform’s highest recognition, reserved for agencies whose Ability to Deliver scores place them at the top of their global category. It’s based on three factors: verified client feedback from Clutch-conducted interviews, demonstrated expertise through case studies and portfolio depth, and market presence signals.

Most agencies that win it win it once. Hustle Marketers has won it four consecutive times.

Ishant Sharma Clutch Global Award winner – Clutch Global Award, Fall 2023 (Champion Tier, Top 10% of Global Winners)

What I did to win this: Fall 2023 introduced the Clutch Champions designation for the first time, awarded to the top 10% of Clutch Global winners. To qualify, I had to produce new verified client reviews within the preceding six months showing real campaign outcomes, not generic satisfaction scores. The reviews that came in during this period described specific ROAS figures from named campaigns: the CMSC lead generation restructure, the ArmorGarage PMax campaign, and the ArmorPoxy account rebuild that produced 12.84x ROAS. Clutch contacted each client independently, conducted the review interview without my involvement, and published the findings on the profile. Hustle Marketers earned both the Global Award and the Champion designation in this cycle.

Clutch Global Award, Spring 2024 (Top PPC Company, Advertising and Marketing)

What I did to win this: Spring 2024 required a minimum of three new verified client reviews between November 2023 and May 2024. I spent the preceding months ensuring every active client relationship was producing outcomes specific enough to describe in a Clutch interview: named campaigns, documented ROAS changes, before-and-after comparisons. During this cycle Clutch also awarded the separate Top PPC Company, Advertising and Marketing badge, recognizing Hustle Marketers’ standing within the global PPC category specifically. The Bing Advertising badge from this period reflects the Microsoft Ads work I was running alongside Google campaigns for B2B and enterprise accounts.

Clutch Global Award, Fall 2024

What I did to win this: Fall 2024 required at least three new verified reviews between May 20 and November 5, 2024. Three consecutive evaluation windows. Three consecutive Global Award wins. The reviews in this cycle came from DTC brands, lead gen clients, and white-label agency partners who had been through the full engagement cycle with Hustle Marketers: from account audit through launch, optimization, and scaling. The consistency across client types and budgets was what the Clutch scoring recognized.

Clutch Global Award, Spring 2026 .

What I did to win this: In May 2026, Clutch notified Hustle Marketers of its selection as a Spring 2026 Clutch Global Winner: the fourth consecutive award. Clutch described this as “the highest recognition Clutch gives” and confirmed it “signals to buyers worldwide that you’re among the top marketing agencies on the platform.” Four cycles. Every evaluation window from Fall 2023 through Spring 2026. The methodology that produced the 2023 results was still producing verifiable outcomes in 2026.

What Ishant Sharma Actually Built at Hustle Marketers

This is the part that doesn’t show up in a Clutch profile or an Upwork badge. The decisions I made that shaped the agency.

Starting From Engineering, Not Marketing School

My degree is in mechanical engineering. I left that field in 2013 not because engineering bored me but because the feedback cycles were too long. An engineer working on a three-year project finds out whether their work mattered at year three. I found out whether my Google Ads changes worked within 48 hours. That compression of cause and effect was addictive, and it still drives how I run accounts today.

What mechanical engineering actually gave me is systems thinking: map the full system, isolate the variable, find the failure point. I still run this diagnostic framework on every new account I audit. Bids can’t be optimized until conversion tracking is accurate. Spend shouldn’t scale until campaign structure is sound. For ecommerce accounts, the product feed has to be clean before any restructuring produces meaningful results. The order matters, and it comes from the same place that makes an engineer check the whole system before adjusting one component.

Early in the freelance years, I put every client engagement on Upwork even when I didn’t have to. The decision was deliberate: I wanted every outcome documented on a platform where the ratings are public, the earnings are verified, and every review is tied to a real job with real deliverables.

My Upwork profile now shows a 99% Job Success Score, Top Rated Plus status (top 3% of all freelancers on the platform), $400K+ in verified platform earnings, and 165+ completed jobs at 4.9/5. KlientBoost doesn’t have an Upwork profile. SmartSites doesn’t. WebFX doesn’t. That public accountability trail is something those agencies simply cannot replicate because they never built it.

Capping the Client Count at 15 to 25 Accounts

When agencies grow, the standard move is to hire more account managers and increase the client-to-manager ratio. I made the opposite decision. Hustle Marketers manages 15 to 25 active client accounts at any given time, which is far below the industry standard for an agency at our revenue level. Most mid-size agencies run account managers at 25 to 40 accounts each.

The cap is a quality decision that costs revenue in the short term and produces it in the long term. When the CMSC CEO wrote in his Clutch review that Hustle Marketers felt different from the large marketing firms he’d worked with before, specifically because of account-level attention, that’s a direct consequence of the cap. You can’t replicate that attention at 40 accounts per manager.

Building the Team

I built the team around specific roles rather than general headcount. Neha Sharma joined as CMO and Co-Founder, bringing client communication and strategic structure that freed me to stay focused on campaign architecture and optimization. Gagan handles paid media operations. Nishtha leads SEO execution. The team is flat and intentional. No middle layers between strategy and execution.

Earning Google AI Overview Citations

One of the specific things I set out to achieve in 2024 was getting Hustle Marketers cited in AI search results. This required eight months of deliberate work across 20+ platforms, consistent entity documentation, schema implementation across ishantsharmamarketer.com and hustlemarketers.com, and a structured content program that gave AI systems enough consistent signal to identify me as an authoritative source for specific queries.

Google’s AI Overview now cites Hustle Marketers and Ishant Sharma by name for “magento seo agency” and “best Google Ads consultant.” That’s a verifiable, screenshotted outcome. Getting there wasn’t a marketing trick. It was the output of 12 years of documented results, properly structured across the right platforms.

The 2013 Start: First Account, First 48 Hours, and What I Learned

The transition from mechanical engineering to Google Ads started with a friend’s AdWords account in 2013. We still called it AdWords then. He needed help. I had no formal marketing training. So I did what an engineer does: read the documentation, run controlled changes, measure what happens.

The first data on those changes came back within 48 hours. A week in, the ad copy variation tests had statistically meaningful results. By the end of the first month, the account was generating more leads at lower cost than it had produced before I touched it. That immediate feedback loop was different from anything I’d experienced in engineering. I was working on paid campaigns full-time within six months of that first account.

The first two years were all freelance. Small businesses, local service companies, early ecommerce stores. The budgets were small and the clients were direct. A campaign that didn’t produce leads produced a client who said so immediately. That environment taught me to care about outcomes only, because the people paying me cared about nothing else. That standard has never changed.

Every Case Study That Built the Clutch Award Record

These are the named client results that produced the verified Clutch reviews that won four consecutive Clutch Global Awards. Every number below came from a campaign I designed, structured, or directly supervised. Each result contributed to Ishant Sharma Clutch Global Award winner recognition across four consecutive cycles.

ArmorGarage | 1,500% ROAS | Epoxy Flooring | Google + Meta + Microsoft Ads

The problem: Poor lead quality, low purchase conversion rates, and a Google Merchant Center that wasn’t configured correctly for the product catalog.

What I did: Rebuilt the entire account architecture. Fixed the Merchant Center and Shopping feed configuration. Launched Performance Max with asset groups segmented by product category rather than one catch-all group. Coordinated Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads against a unified attribution model so we could see which platform was contributing to revenue at each stage of the funnel.

The result: 1,500% ROAS through the coordinated multi-platform campaign.

Case study: hustlemarketers.com/case-study/hustlemarketers-armorgarage-casestudy/

ArmorPoxy | 12.84x ROAS | Automotive Epoxy | BigCommerce

The problem: The account had spent $2,400 over 90 days on searches like “how to remove old epoxy” and “DIY floor painting.” Zero conversions from that spend. Pure waste generated by broad match with no negative keyword management.

What I did: Shut down the wasteful keywords on day three. Enhanced keyword research. Optimized the Shopping feed specifically for purchase-intent queries. Integrated HubSpot with Google Ads for lead quality tracking. Expanded to Microsoft Ads after analyzing purchase history to find untapped market segments.

The result: 12.84x ROAS. Revenue up 340%.

P-Rex Hobby | 9x ROAS in 6 Months | RC Hobby Products | Google Shopping + Search

What I did: Built Google Shopping campaigns from scratch with feed-first optimization. Segmented campaigns by product category and margin tier. Ran Search campaigns with disciplined match type structure alongside Shopping, with explicit negative keyword lists to prevent the two campaign types from cannibalizing each other.

The result: 9x ROAS within six months.

CMSC Driving School | 35% More Leads | 300% ROI | Number 1 in Massachusetts

The problem: Overlapping campaigns competing internally. GA4 not set up correctly. Bad tracking data meant every optimization decision was being made against the wrong signals.

What I did (PPC): Fixed GA4 first before touching anything else. Rebuilt 20+ campaigns with proper segmentation. Added a negative keyword structure that ended internal competition. Implemented location targeting across CMSC’s newly expanded service areas. Launched retargeting based on real user behavior signals from pricing page visits and partial enrollment form completions.

PPC Result: 35% more leads. 300% ROI. CMSC is now the number one ranked driving school in their Massachusetts market.

What I did (SEO): Ran a separate SEO engagement when CMSC wanted to reduce paid dependency. Keyword optimization, internal linking rebuild, Spanish-language content for bilingual students, Google Business Profile work, and AEO content structured for AI search results.

SEO Result: Page 10 to page 1. CTR from 2.7% to 4.3%. Organic leads up 35% independently of paid.

Blake International Management (BIM) | 700% ROAS | White-Label Agency Partnership

What I did: Operated as the white-label PPC execution partner behind Falan Blake’s agency brand. Rebuilt campaign architecture, replaced broad targeting with precise audience segments, and structured campaigns to eliminate the internal cannibalization that was driving up her clients’ CPCs.

The result: 700% ROAS for BIM’s end client.

Brittney Brands | 8+ ROAS in Six Months | Beauty Industry | Google + Meta Ads

What I did: Ran campaigns simultaneously across three client brands with different audiences, different product categories, and different ROAS starting points. Built separate audience segments for each brand from scratch. Replaced broad keyword strategies with phrase match and long-tail structures calibrated for purchase intent.

  • Eczema Solutions: 8+ ROAS in six months (800% ROAS growth from a 2.5 start)
  • Haircare Line: 3+ ROAS built from zero
  • Skincare Brand: 5+ average ROAS in three months

DTC Handbag Brand | 35% Revenue Growth | 2.6x Purchase Volume

Documented by the brand CEO in a verified Clutch review:

  • Total sales revenue: +35%
  • Average cost per sale: -28%
  • Website purchases from paid traffic: +2.6x
  • New customer acquisition: +41%

KCP International | 33,000+ Leads Generated

Over 33,000 leads generated through structured Google Ads and Meta campaigns built for high-volume lead acquisition at a controlled CPL.

ThePetsClub UAE | 14x ROAS | Pet Food Ecommerce | International

What I did: Applied the same feed-first Google Shopping and Meta catalog methodology to a UAE-based ecommerce account, adapting for regional search behavior and currency targeting.

The result: 14x ROAS.

Pepper and Murphy | 500% Increase in Sales | Ecommerce

500% sales increase after campaign structure rebuild and feed optimization.

Nautical Marine | 65% Increase in Conversions | Marine Products

65% increase in conversions after eliminating internal campaign competition through restructuring and negative keyword management.

Chicago White-Label Agency | 600% ROI | 699 Conversions

Operated as the invisible PPC execution partner for a Chicago-based digital marketing agency. Their end client achieved 600% ROI and 699 total conversions within a single campaign cycle. The agency presented under their brand. I ran the campaigns.

The Complete Credentials Record (All Verifiable)

Why Hustle Marketers Wins Awards and Most Agencies Don’t

Three operational decisions separate Hustle Marketers from the agencies in the same revenue bracket. None are secret. All require real discipline to maintain. They are also the reasons why Ishant Sharma Clutch Global Award winner status has been earned four times consecutively.

The client count is capped at 15 to 25 accounts. Most agencies at our revenue level run account managers at 25 to 40 accounts each. I keep the total portfolio at 15 to 25. Every account gets a dedicated strategist, weekly optimization, and monthly strategy reviews where the strategist knows what happened last month without opening a dashboard for context. Clutch review after review mentions account-level attention as the differentiator. That’s not a coincidence. It’s the direct result of the cap.

Infrastructure gets fixed before spend gets scaled. Every engagement starts with the same first 30 days: conversion tracking audit, campaign structure assessment, feed quality review for ecommerce clients, audience configuration check. Nothing gets scaled until this foundation is verified. Agencies that skip this step spend 60 to 90 days optimizing toward wrong signals.

The documentation is specific and the clients are named. ArmorGarage. ArmorPoxy. P-Rex Hobby. CMSC. Blake International. Brittney Brands. ThePetsClub. KCP International. Each name cross-references against a verified Clutch review written by the actual client after an interview Hustle Marketers had no part in. Specific documentation requires specific outcomes.

Hustle Marketers vs. KlientBoost, SmartSites, WebFX, and Others

The comparison is on verifiable metrics, not claims.

Review documentation: KlientBoost has 1,400+ Clutch reviews. SmartSites has nearly 1,000. Hustle Marketers has 42 Clutch reviews plus a growing Upwork archive that neither of those agencies can produce. The 99% JSS, Top Rated Plus status, and $400K+ in verified Upwork earnings is a public accountability trail those agencies never built because they never operated on the platform.

Award frequency: Four Clutch Global Awards across four consecutive evaluation cycles from Fall 2023 through Spring 2026. This is a track record, not a single good quarter Ishant Sharma Clutch Global Award winner four times, including the Clutch Champions designation..

Named case study depth: Most agencies publish vague anonymized results. Hustle Marketers publishes named clients: ArmorGarage, ArmorPoxy, P-Rex Hobby, CMSC, Blake International, Brittney Brands, ThePetsClub, KCP International, all cross-referenceable against independent Clutch reviews.

International scope: Active campaigns across the US, UK, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Canada, and Sweden. Most boutique agencies at this size haven’t built true multi-country campaign capability.

The Blake International, Brittney Brands, and Chicago agency results are all white-label engagements. More: hustlemarketers.com/white-label-ppc/
